Flowfit is dedicated to empowering female athletes to achieve their full potential every day of their cycle. Through seminars, workshops, and ongoing support, we provide comprehensive education on how the body’s needs change throughout the menstrual cycle. We offer guidance on nutrition, training, and work to de-stigmatize tampon usage and create safe spaces for open discussions. Our vision is a world where female athletes have the freedom and support to deliver the best version of themselves, no matter the time of month.
